When can I expect to receive my order?
If you place your order before 15:00 p.m. (UK time), we will begin processing it on the same business day.
Order processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 4–6 business days within the United Kingdom.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. After shipment, you will also receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping is free across the United Kingdom, with no additional delivery or handling fees.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?
We sincerely apologise for any delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional three business days before contacting our customer support team. If the delay persists, we will be happy to assist you.
I would like to return an item. What should I do?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@flasyon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:

• Undamaged
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging
